Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rafa Foods, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Order Cancellation
  • Before Processing: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before processing/shipping (whichever is earlier) by contacting our support team.
  • After Processing: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Service Cancellation

  • For digital services or subscriptions, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Custom service-based projects cannot be canceled once initiated, but partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only issued for defective products, failed services, or if we are unable to fulfill your order as promised.
  • Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital products/services, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues, we will work to resolve them or offer an alternative solution.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
